My focus is on creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their inner selves without fear of judgment. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more. I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, and LGBTQIA+ concerns.
I am committed to empowering my clients to realize their true potential and to live fulfilling lives. Through a collaborative and personalized approach, I strive to help you uncover your inherent strength and resilience, guiding you on your journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth.
I obtained my Master in Social Work degree from Yeshiva University, where I graduated with honors, following my undergraduate and law school studies at the University of Pennsylvania. My clinical experience includes working at Westchester Jewish Community Services, where I gained expertise in helping individuals and families navigate a wide range of behavioral health challenges.
